[Vwdiesel] Priming a pump

I use a spare IN bolt in the Out bolt hole along with a spare IN fitting
and an outboard primer bulb. It pulls the fuel right through the filter
and pump. Once there is a smooth flow I replace the OUT bolt and fitting
and without cracking the injectors it typically takes 10-20 seconds of
cranking to fire up.
