[Vwdiesel] Injector seals-Reuse?

Maybe, but it seemed silly.  Like another parts place that asked if it was a GL or GLS.  But that one wasn't a VW dealership so I thought it was less silly.

I went ahead and had a friend pick up a set of 4 for $9 so I can use them if the nozzles show up tomorrow, as there weren't any available in Manhattan.

Next time I make a large parts order from someplace, I'll throw in a set or two to keep on hand.

  The screen asks so they ask and don't think.  Kinda like the checkout clerks that can't give you change if you hand them a $1 for the $11 dollar purchase, after handing them a $20 and they presume you want $9 in change instead of a single 10 spot that you're after.  I've had them push the "extra" back at me and say they only need the 20.  (often there's an odd change amount worked in there as well.  A few actually listened in Math class and can make actual change!  Same basic diff only they're supposed to be automotive professionals.  It's more fun if they ask if it's a standard or automatic when you're looking for a new dome light.  ;-D
  I have a spare set of TDI injector seals..

Well, I called the $tealership and they had some, and a friend who is coming to 
town tomorrow can pick them up for me, so I went that route. What didn't instill a ton of confidence was the conversation between the parts 
guy and me: Me:  "I've got a 2002 Golf TDI and I'm looking for the copper sealing rings for 
the fuel injectors" Parts Guy: "What motor?" Me:  "The diesel, TDI motor." Parts Guy: "What liter size?" Me: [rolling eyes to self] "1.9..."
