How could you get better MPG as well with this new nozzles.  That would be incredible.

Can these be installed in the PD motors with unit injectors?

Ha ha, that might be true, but the quarter mile time should be taken with a grain of salt...  I was out on a road at the edge of town with a speed limit of 50, and a curve on one end and an intersection at the other (but it is close and surrounded by corn which is why I chose it).  But due to those things, I was always getting too close to comfort to keep flooring it.

But by the seat of my pants, as well as the 0-60 time, and just how it feels, especially at higher RPMs, there is a definite improvement.  Now I'll impatiently wait to empty a tank of fuel to see if I get any better mileage.

Whew!  I saw that 1/4 mile time and speed and recall the day Jake and I were at Portland Raceway.  There was a VW PU diesel running the drags.  It ran the original stock times of 22 seconds and 60mph consistently.  You were scary close to that!  ;-)
I really need to put a set in my Passat.

I just got done with installing the nozzles I bought from a fellow list member,
P520s from Kerma TDI.
Wow!  They sure seem to make a difference in the power of the car.  The mileage
hange, if any, of course remains to be seen.
I did have a little forethought to run a "scientific" before and after test: I
sed VCDS to run 4 0-60 MPH tests.
Yesterday I got an average of:
-60: 16.63 seconds
Quarter mile: 20.68 seconds at 65 MPH
Today I got an average of:
-60: 13.2 seconds
uarter mile: 19.08 seconds at 71 MPH
Pretty sweet.
