[Vwdiesel] New Nozzles In!!

No-the PD takes a totally different nozzle and injector. And it takes around $100 in seals and another $100 in bolts (torque to yeild) just to remove and install. Plus you would need a larger turbo (VNT 17 or 17/22) to handle it or run the risk or turbo creep on the PD. The PD's really can only handle a tune before needing a different turbo. Also-factor the cost of the tune to use the nozzles correctly. And the nozzles themselves I think need to be sent to someone with special tools. Really wakes a PD up but you need to NEED to do it or WANT to do it before doing it. FYI the injector nozzles last longer on the PD then the ALH. The ALH runs around 100-200K miles before needing to change. PD around 200-300K for nozzles.

As far as the MPG-diesels are like that. They get the same or better MPG with certain upgrades-unless you are always using that extra power.
