[Vwdiesel] OT uniformed tax collectors coming to a state near you

I was thinking that this was an (uncommon) example of cleverness until
we got to the part about it being a fake construction zone...

For God's sake there are certainly plenty of real ones around!  Why
bother with a fake?  I suppose to target those who might slow down
only when they see actual work going on (how dare they!?) rather than
slow down for a mile of nothing but orange barrels?

Thanks for the tip though, I'll be transiting WA next week.
Fortunately the cops here in OR tend to err on the side of
reasonableness most of the time(e.g. 9-over is generally safe)... I
guess to offset our unreasonably low speed limits. :)
