Yes, if they are like the older IDI plugs, you'll see something in the 0.5-1.0 ohm range.
Problem is many meters won't read well down that low, mine will either show 001 or 000
ohms. I put one on a regulated power supply and at 1.0 volts, I saw about 1.86 amps, so
that is 0.54 ohms.
