[Vwdiesel] Caddy diesel steering rack

Hi Troy;
	Are you sure your slop is in the rack? I have had a lot of A1 Rabbit
pickups, sedans and Scirocco's pass through my hands over the years. Both
gas and diesel powered. Most with well over one hundred and twenty thousand
miles and I have never had one with what I thought was a sloppy rack. I'm
waiting for one since I want to justify the 300 bucks it costs for a quick
ratio Quaife rack and pinion to rebuild one. A 25% reduction in steering
ratio might even lead me to make an Auto-Crosser out of my 1978 Scirocco
body
