Hi,

I've not seen a Bentley manual yet, it sounds like an error - I'd say that
it *should* say the wire in question is 4mm in diameter.

I agree with James, you'll need to take the fuse block loose  and look for
poor connections; possibly either a conductor backing out of a plug-block,
or an individual wire that has been overheated (if not melted, then
brittle insulation) and the spade lug has lost it's plating/temper and no
longer makes good contact.
