[Vwdiesel] No power to injector pump fuel valve.

Yesterday I finally fired up my 79 diesel Rabbit 4 dr.  I had struggled 
with it a couple times earlier in the month.  To my shagrine I found 
that I had no power to the fuel valve.  All fifteen fuses are good.  
Maybe a rat got to my wire loom.
