  Actually I can't.  Terrible at that sort of thing.  :-(  Considering what the School's Gillig busses sounded like, it'd be kind of a higher pitched growl.  Those were fairly quiet and nothing like the screaming diesels I'd always heard about.

  so if anyone has any  scrap 1.6td or even 1.6 na blocks let me know and maybe 

 an use them for the measuring?? i have two 1.5's but considering how hard it

 o find extra parts for them plus they run good still i don't want to sac them
 ust yet in the name of a project that might go south...
 also in the works of pulling my fox wagen engine and trans to hopefully some

 et that a diesel in there too.
 im in northern new mexico and can get to southern colorado relatively easy..
