[Vwdiesel] Fwd: AAZ swap progress

The engine lid interference is so slight that nothing protrudes above the
top of the ribs.  I don't mess with the drive train geometry and instead I
cut out the small offending area of the lid an add a piece of sheet metal
over it.  That cure is quick, easy and leaves the bed unaffected.
