[Vwdiesel] cam clearance

Zero.  The ALH has hydraulic lifters and so should be touching the cam.
After it has been run and lifters have pumped up it, then you will find
that you can depress the lifter away from the cam slightly before it feels
solid.  If any are spongy, they should be replaced.
