[Vwdiesel] mk2 jetta exhaust tunnel heat shield removal

You have to disconnect the exhaust pipe from the manifold and drop the
exhaust assembly just like you stated. Been there done that and I have to
do it again. I'm ordering Roger Brown's shifter parts when I get around to
it.
