[Vwdiesel] Difference between1Y and 1Z

The 1Y is a 1.9 IDI non-turbo engine.  The 1Z is a 1.9 TDI.  The block and
crank are similar aside from the 1Y missing the crank position sensor and
trigger wheel.  Everything else is very different.
