Thanks, Roger. I may have made a slight mistake, I only have the front of the car up on ramps. The rear tires are on the ground. When I got the clamping sleeve loose, I only get movement at the sleeve, so I am going to try the exhaust clamp method to release the springs on one side, then try to pry it over enough to release the second spring. After I go to the auto parts store, stay tuned. kne.
