[Vwdiesel] WTB Y shaped crankcase breather hose for Vanagon

I have a crappy one.  It has pretty much broken down from oil soaking.  I ended up making a new one out of spare hose parts and a Y for a sprinkling system, black plastic.   not super high heat in there.

Looking for the Y shaped crankcase ventilation hose, part number 068103493R
or 033103493.  The Y plumbs into the intake manifold and the valve cover.

Anyone have a good one?
