Biggest thing is watching you exhaust gas temps so put a boost and EGT gauge in. You don't want to be cranking out 20 PSI. The OEM turbo engines have oil sprayers that spray on the back of the pistons to help cool them. They also have an oil cooler (connected to the coolant lines-so it is arond coolant temps-warms it up faster too). You also have to plumb an oil feed and return line. May want to make sure you have enough oil pressure in the system to do that. May want and oil pressure/temp gauge as well. Can be done-plenty of other folks have done it. You will need the intake and exhaust manifolds for a turbo.
