[Vwdiesel] No power to glow plugs-fixed

I took another look and there was one big red wire 
siting under the fan like it was hooked to something-but it wasn't. 
Should have been to the starter along with the battery cable. I didn't 
think much of it since there is another red lead off the battery cable 
that I guess powers the rest of the car. Plugged the relay back in and 
hooked up the wire. Then I found my LED light wasn't working. Test on 
the battery and it worked. Then I remembered that they need to be hooked
 up one way only. So I swapped the connections and that is good to go as
 well. 

Rabbit done-Golf to finish. Golf needs a $180 sensor. I tried unplugging and replugging as well as contact cleaner. Nothing fixed the sensor so I am out the part. Hopefully that works since it isn't returnable either.
