[Vwdiesel] Turbo change and N75 valve

Didn't catch the exchange on a turbo swap, so I'm not sure what the 
reason for changing or removing the N75 was.  But contrary to popular 
belief., the N75 does not regulate boost; it relays a pneumatic signal 
to the "brain," which then senses and corrects overboost by reducing 
injection metering (a very unpleasant surprise if it fails when you're 
trying to pass someone uphill on a 2-lane road in Maine.  Ugh!)  All 
that to say that there's a certain match between turbo, manifolds, N75, 
and brain that might bear some closer looking into.
