Hi all,

    A week or so ago I asked for Hagars no gauge tuning advice for an old diesel Rabbit that I wanted to bring out of retirement. I got it started, it idled nice, I took it for a little ride and then shut it off, and started over and over again fine. The next day I tried starting it and it didn't want to start again. I got it started that  first time though, by filling the pump with diesel purge and spraying wd40 in the intake.  
   The car sat for about 3 and a half years and the old fuel has just sat in the tank all that time. I am wondering if that old fuel is the problem. Do I have to drain it or is there an additive that I can add.
