Yes, you will need to remove the injection pump completely in order to
access the two bolts behind it that bolt the two bracket parts together.
 It is also very likely that you will need to adjust the brackets after you
get the belt back on, in order to get it to track right, so spin it by hand
before bolting on injection lines, cold start, etc... as the pump will
likely need to come back off a couple times to get the tracking right.
