[Vwdiesel] Limp mode

While looking at the vacuum lines, I moved the big line to the vacuum
booster to check for leaks. I didn't find any, but I must have re-seated
the hose ends because it's not perfect, but it is better. It's at least
driveable, so it's likely the vacuum wasn't enough to run the turbo or the
brakes.

I may go ahead and replace the MAF and/or the N75. I really should check
over the turbo vanes and replace all the relevant gaskets. I see that
there are people who have pulled apart and cleaned the turbo. Anyone dove
in there? Dreading pulling the unit and the manifolds more than anything.
If anything because it's 100ºF out there.
