[Vwdiesel] Possible issue with IP?

Ralph, what engine do you have and pump.1.6na and pump would be .88mm
let us know if you are not sure where to set the pump.of course you have to convert the .88mm to inches as all the gauges I have seen are not metric.I have the conversions on my cheat sheet at home in the garage with my gauge.

It is normal for fuel to come out there.  Depending on how the plunger is
rotated can significantly change the rate that fuel comes out; sometimes a
weep other times a stream on the same pump.  The difference is whether or
not the fill port is aligned to allow fuel in.

If it runs and there aren't any air leaks in the fuel supply to the pump,
the easiest way to bleed all the air out is to drive it.
