[Vwdiesel] Turbo noise

Even brand new, journal bearing turbos have noticeable radial play. When
they don't have noticeable side to side play, the bearings are coked up.
Try spinning it while pushing it to the side in the various directions. If
it doesn't rub the housing it's probably fine.
