[Vwdiesel] Frozen rear brakes

I had that happen once on my pickup maybe 15 yrs. ago.  It was raining and on the slick 
road, there wasn't enough friction and the rear tires just slid along.  I recall jacking 
up the rear, removing the tire, backing off the brake shoe adjuster then tapping around 
the drum with a hammer until the shoes popped loose.
