Thought I would try this once more.  I have a Micro-Can, usb interface Vagcom that I would like to get rid of now that I do not have my TDi.  Although not the newest version (this one is about a year old) it will work with all OBDII TDIs manufactured from 2016 and back.  It is fully registered, just download the latest version of VCDS, run the set up and away you go.  Total is $79 shipped via priority mail anywhere in the US.  BTW the newer versions have more bells and whistles but most of the things they can do are not available on the TDIs anyway, only on the newer gas cars, at least that is what they told me.
