[Vwdiesel] Been a while

I decided to stick with 4.57 due to 1.5" lift and 215/75/15 bfg all
terrains for a top end cruise of 65mph for my Westy. She sways too much for
me to want to go faster, even with the T3 heavy duty sway bar. I also wish
to be able to pull my small fishing boat 55 on 2 lane hwys. Planning on a
peloquin type diff and the heavy duty parts. Never in a hurry in my joy
wagon, just don't want to really piss off the bumper humpers. My AAZ is
fresh and don't want to tear it down to make TDI. The AAZ and worked over
diesel transaxle will be going into a future Baja beetle project to make
things interesting. It'll have real heat for playing in the snow during the
winter ;-)
