Audi S4




Check out the December 16, 1991 issue of _Autoweek_ for an excellent
article on the new Audi S4, a high-performance version of the 100
Quattro with a 230 BHP 20V Turbo. This sucker can develop 280 lb-ft
of torque with a "little" 2.2L 5 cylinder running up to 2.2 Bar boost.
Top speed >150. Hopefully Audi will someday offer this engine in the
Coupe to create a worthy torch carryer for the original Quattro Turbo
Coupe. The S4 *IS* coming to the USA at $47,750 US. Look out Porsche!
