The apparent missing at idle in fact could be carbon build up in the	
intake and valves. I had hard starting and rough idle in my 5000S
which was cured by adding intake cleaner through a vacum port in the	
intake manifold and regular use of Techron (every 5000 km). There are
also products which are used through the fuel lines into the fuel
distributor to clean the injectors and intake valves but I have no
experience with them. Can anyone else comment on these products?
