Possible Starter Problem

Hi folks:

My Audi, sometimes, doesn't want to start after it has been driven in
a rather hot weather for over an hour. Usually, when I turn the engine
off, the cooling fan runs immediately. From this point, I can't start
the engine. It gives me a clicking noise (the starter doesn't even move).
I have to wait until the cooling fan is off!. I checked the battery and
it is in a good condition. I have experimented with two new batteries
and the problem didn't go away. Does anybody has experienced this problem?
