I have not looked under the hood of the turbo quattro Coupe so I am
not sure.  But in the 5000 Turbo it is in front of the air filter
housing, with a plastic cover over it.  When you open the cover there
is a big metal bolt intended as a jump cable post.

No, but you can get that information easily from the dealer parts
