info on used audis

Greetings,

I'm considering buying a used Audi.  I'm interested in tapping the groups
collective wisdom as to years/models to seek out or avoid.  I think I'm
most interested in a 1988 5000 quattro turbo.  I want an AWD turbo model for
the performance and inclimate weather benefits.  I am open to other years
and/or models if they are generally either more reliable or better performing.
