Sunroof and Tune-up

Hi all,
My sunroof 87 5000 TQ  is acting a bit slow of late and I would 
appreciate suggestions as where to lube  it I can see the two tracks... 
but what about cables?  Where is that expensive little motor?  I hope to 
make the roof open easier to relieve strain on the $350 > + $$$ motor.  

On tuning the machine:  What is required to fully tune the car up?  My 
turbo is acting slugish lately.  Accelerating up an incline at full 
throttle in 4th gear, the turbo will reach 1.3 about 1 out of 5 times.  
When it gets to 1.3 a constant force on the peddle will not maintain the 
1.3 bar boost.  The boost varies from .9 to 1.1 to 1.3 then 1.2 then 
1.1.... its just not a steady 1.3 when it should be... any ideas?  I put 
new plugs in and that kind of helped with starting.  (the plugs were 
clean and not badly fouled)... any tune-up suggestions?  Fuel injector 
cleaning suggestions????
