Thanks to the several folks that replied about my inop windows.  The consensus
is that failure without a mechnical warning noise or slowing is due to a dirty
electrical switch.  This does not seem, however, to be the problem here as the
window worked with both switches, and now works with neither.  I'll try
contact cleaner in both, and report if and when I find anything interesting.
