Manuals for 86 4000 quattro?

I'm sorry if this is a faq, but which companies produce a good manual 
for a 1986 4000 quattro? Where can I purchase one? Is there a faq for 
this list?

Also, I am looking for touch-up paint for the white 1986 4000 quattro.
Anyone have any reccomendations?
