California Long Shot...

I'm grasping for straws here, so bear with me.  Is the 1986 4000 CSQ
a 50 state car, or a 49 plus California special?  Just wondering if I get to
use that $300 penalty on something other that California's stupid laws.

If not, anybody here is SoCal have a low mileage 4000 CSQ or a Ur Coupe
they wanna trade?
