          There is no need to replace the rotors unless they are:

          1) warped beyond resurfacability
          2) rusty beyond resurfacability
          3) worn beyond the minimum thickness spec

          Check the thickness with a caliper. The spec will be
          imprinted right on the rotor, somewhere, usually around
          the outer edge.

          I bet you can get new rotors from PAP <$50 each.
          Metal-master or Mintex pads are also available from
          PAP for <$30 per set (F or R).

          A far cry from the $800 dealer quote!
