Radiator Neck Repair

I used the neck repair kit last night and it was pretty simple.  The only real
news about it is that the glue (epoxy?) sets up very fast after you mix it up -
I intended to glue a few other items after the radiator but after doing the
radiator and washing glue off my hand, the stuff was already hard! **Make sure
all is in perfect readiness before mixing up that $10 glue packet**

Verbal instructions not included with the kit were: 1. cut the remnants of the
neck so that the edge of it is reasonably smooth.  Sometimes they break with
a real jagged edge.  2. Roughen (sand?) the inside of the surface of neck
remnant that the insert will attach to.
