I would say yes, as the 4000 and coupe (front-drive) models
have the same rear suspension.  To wit, my 1980 Audi 4000
4 door wears a Suspension Techniques rear anti-roll bar that is
designated by S-T for 1983-87 Audi Coupes.  It fits perfectly.

I would agree, as I have looked at my Bently for the 4000 series
cars and the drawing/picture of the rear suspension assembly applies
to both the 4000 and Coupe GT
