used '92 audi s4 available for $37K

saw a 92 S4 for sale today at the dealer's... $37K, jet black only
5800 miles... however... the tires look really quite worn for such
mileage (about half gone).  i'd guess that the car was probably used
in autocrosses or other competitive events.. any other tell-tale
signs?  the white leather looks a little darkened but other than that
it's quite a steal considering how much the new one costs + luxury tax
etc...
