Steering Rack (Not again!!)

Well, the steering rack on my 86 5000CS Turbo finally started leaking at 125K
miles. I know this was discussed recently but where is a good place to get
a rebuilt or new rack. Any good sources for the hydraulic hoses? 
I've heard it is a good idea to replace the hoses to prevent the old hoses
from contaminating the fluid with fine particles of rubber and eventually 
screwing up the new rack or plugging up the accumulator.
