If your engine is in basically good tune, disconnecting the OXS sensor
will hurt the fuel mileage, reduce the performance of your engine and
adversely affect the emissions.  Not what you want!

The sensor reads the oxygen content in the exhaust and feed this signal
to the computer, which performs real-time optimizations to the fuel-air
mixture.
