Where in West Virginia is Summit Point?

I'd love to remove a few thousand miles of tread from my Eagle GA rubber
in an afternoon. My stock 90CS could give you guys with cars that handle
something to practice passing.

Could somebody give me a name to contact?
I would like to participate.
