For my '87 Quantum Syncro, which has the same chassis and powertrain as the 
4000Q, towing is limited to 1500 lbs.  For 2200 lbs., I think you're into a 
Class II hitch, which you probably can't find for that car.  I had a pretty 
hard time finding a Class I hitch.  (In case you're interested, I got my 
hitch from a company called Da'lan (sp?) someplace in Massachusetts.  They 
custom-built a Class I receiver hitch for me, and I had a local body shop 
install it.  I'll look up the invoice at home and email you their phone 
number -- they'll tell you if they can make a 2200-lb. hitch for the 
4000Q.)
