If you're talking about black-on-white guage faces, they're standard
in the S4, and available on the German after-market for virtually all
German cars in almost all interior colours.

One disadvantage to these faces when used in a back-lit situation--as
exists in all new Audis--is that the guages become very hard to read 
during twilight hours.
