Questions about an '84 5000

I've got a few questions for my dad about his '84 5000.

1>  Anybody know where I can get the servo motor that's in the A/C programmer
or do I have to get a different programmer?  If I have to get one where is my
best (Read Cheapest) source?

2> Anybody know where the best source for Sub-Frame bushings and Front door
handles is?

and finally,

3>  Should the Radaditor fan go on when the A/C compressor is on?
