I've got a Bently manual for the 1984-1985 5000 that suffers from
all the previously mentioned problems. I've heard that sometimes the
manuals were improved in later editions. I have an '84 5000S and have
seen that PAP has the 1984-1988 5000 manual on sale. 

Does anybody know if it would be worth plopping down another $100 
for the newer manual? I would hate to buy the same thing I already have
but would be willing to spend the money if I thought there was a reasonable
chance the sections on the 1984 model year were improved/corrected.
