power seats and other electrical goodies

   I have just gotten my car(82 5000S) back from the body shop and I have 
noticed a few electrical glitches.  The passenger power seat cannot go 
back but moves in all other directions.  The reading light on that door 
no longer works.  The sunroof only drops down a bit but does not move any 
further back, and the condensor no longer cuts in for the a/c.(It was 
not cutting in about 10% of the time before.  Could any welding or other 
body work affect the electrical system?  And now that I have these 
problems is there anybody here that can give me any clues on how to fix 
them?
