To ompute the wheel/tire combo diameter: 2*(tire height) + Wheel Dia
   Tire height = Width * ratio Height/Width
Wheel Diameter = 15"*25.4mm/inch=381mm;
   delta = Original diameter-new diameter
 % delta = Delta/Original Diameter

 -2*Tire Height-
2(185*0.70)=259.0 + 381 = 640.0mm  2.07% Over
2(185*0.65)=240.5 + 381 = 621.5mm  0.88% Under
2(195*0.65)=253.0 + 381 = 634.5mm  1.20% over
2(205*0.60)=246.0 + 381 = 627.0mm  Original

All 3 would work, 185/65-15 would probably be the best bet (least delta)
