Whoa, these are apples and oranges here, Many of the folks on this group love
the comp T/A for street performance and some use them all year round.  I
would have considered them myself if the price were right (in V rating) 

The Nokia NRW is a fabulous snow tire that gives adequate fair weather 
performance.  It is not studdable,  but that might not be in your plans anyway
I used them last year and felt they were more than adequate for any of the 
conditions I came across in NE Ohio and PA.  My mechanic, who sees 
every major brand of snows, said he was very impressed.  The 195/65 is a 
decent compromise for snows.
